Default My new Philips LEDs from XenonDepot

These Philips 194/168/T10 LEDs are super bright!!! It was no comparison to my ebay set. I think it pumped out twice as much lumens. In terms of color, they were really white...vs. my ebay set which had a bit of purple/bluish color.

Philips LEDs...

My old ebay LEDs...

Comparison...

Both Philips LEDs...and the 9006 LEDs in my fogs...

Here are the same LEDs in my passenger side rear license plates...really bright white...compared to my old LEDs from ebay...lol.

Both Philips 194/168/T10 LEDs in the trunk bar for my rear license plates...its super bright back there....lol.

Philips 7443 brake light LEDs....they come in red LEDs...the design is very different...most LEDs fire the light forward. These from Philips fire them back towards the reflector bowls which makes alot of sense.

Philips 7443...it has a more RED color...

Regular halogen bulbs...

Best of all...no need for resistors....I don't have any Lamp Out sensors on the console dashboard!!

I also decided to try the 9006 LED bulb | 30W CREE Fog Light Bulbs for my fogs....these are bright white.

These LEDs were also very bright white. Interestingly, when installed into the yellow fogs, they emitted a different yellow color compared to yellow color emitted by my halogen 9006 bulbs...

Driver side fogs - 9006 halogens...

Passenger side -9006 LED bulb | 30W CREE Fog Light Bulbs...

I got these from XenonDepot...contact Steve for details.

They are really white...again...the lumens were high...and the color was white....see the difference...

Philips LEDs (left) vs. ebay LEDs (right)...

Find your bulbs for your 2010 2IS here...

Depending on which bulbs you want to swap out....looks like XenonDepot has what you need. Contact Steve or John.

for d4s low beam HID bulbs, the xenon depot ones only has 6500k? will there be color mismatch with the 6000k parking lights?

Honestly there is no difference between 6500K and 6000K. The 500 kelvins would not be enough to make a difference in terms of light color.

oh i see. was there a reason they are labeled 6500k instead of 6000k, then?

i just really want to make sure that my low beams match my parking lights, since i've had products in the past that didnt

It will be VERY similar. Please keep in mind that one bulb is HID and the other is LED. I know that there is only one kelvin scale... but you're dealing with two different technologies and also relying on Headlight optics.
