So im trying to keep the led look for my drls on my 08 is250 but also have a functional highbeam... So did some research and found this LEDs just wondering if they have worked with anybody else in the Lexus family. Any input will be really helpful before I spend $120 thanks

i was considering those but the large heatsink wouldn't fit behind the headlight covers.

Thats what I figured... I am wondering though if there's a way to modify the covers to make them fit.

i guess what you could do is drill out a hole for the back end to come out of, then seal it with a rubber cover.

i remember doing LED DRLs on my GS350 - those aren't behind a cover, so it's easy for that car.

Yeah thats what sucks about the IS headlights is the cover I would have to do some cutting and cover the hole somehow to prevent moisture in headlights...
