Default LED backup lights

Do the LED replacement blubs give you increased lighting for backing up? Any interference with the backup camera?

I'd recommend using a cree style LED. The regular SMD's have the color to match hid's but a cree would give you better vision seeing how they are like mini projectors.

They can increase the amount of light if you choose the right style bulb and correct wattage bulb.

I have single 7 watt cree projector bulbs on each side and they are much brighter than stock, however I'm interested in the 80 watt ones on eBay. They have 4 cree chips in the projector tip and 12 more around the body to utilize the reflectors in the housing as well.

Get the 921 T16 Philips X-treme Vision LED Replacement Bulb from XenonDepot...they come in singles...and they fit into the housing without any problem.

They are really white...again...the lumens were high...and the color was white....see the difference...

Philips LEDs (left) vs. ebay LEDs (right)...
