trunk light help

need help please!! 2002 lexus gs trunk light isnt working. i tried replacing the whole box with the door side panel light. still doesnt work. side panel light works fine. where do i look next?

Search through the fuses, including the cigarette lighter fuse.

thanks! problem is fixed. dome fuse was out which covered the trunk.. interesting enough when i replaced that my radio started working again.

When the LCD A/C controls wasn't working in my SC400, I checked the cigarette lighter fuse. Turns out the guy was a smoker, so the fuse was blown. It's works nicely now.
