Default bulbs that aren't hid bulbs?

Does anybody know of a good brand of bulb that outputs just as good as hids? maybe piaa bulbs? that produce white light and is bright. obviously cheaper than hids but better than halogen.

Not sure if the output is as good as HIDs, but for $13 you can get GPThunder 7500k halogen bulbs. They are the tinted blue bulbs. It says 7500k but it really is 4300k just like factory halogens. I installed them when I first got my IS350 with stock halogens. I liked them but some friends urged me to stop being cheap and get real HIDs. I did get 5000k HID lows and loved them so much that I recently got 5000k fogs as well.

Here's a link to the halogen bulbs, I still got mine (9006) if you want them BTW: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GP-Th...Q5fAccessories

I have factory halogens and would like the best looking bulbs I can get. I thought the car had HIDs when I bought it two weeks ago (I was fooled by the projectors). I'll take your old ones if you think they look good. I don't want to pay for a HID conversion just yet.

Tinted bulbs put out way less lumens/usable light than regular halogen bulbs. Stay away.
