Default Orange Shells

Anyone able to take out the front and back orange shells (signal lights)?

If you did, please post procedures.

Thanks!

lol hard man... i want to remove that orange shell also! Why hasn't anyone done it? its hard i think. Its like a plastic or glass shell which you'd have to break off and then you'll have pieces in your headlight. Then that will be hard to take out.

As for the rear orange signals, just pop off the 2 covers on the tail light and there will be 2 screws. Unscrew it and pull the tail light off. Easy and then pop in red orange yellow blue white green, any color signals you like hahha. Mines are super whites, VERY VERY white color... but i'm thinking of swapping them out to ION yellows or RED hehe, i like the white so far tho...

At my dealer i asked before about the yellow shells in the front and he told me that he never did those, but He has had is300 do that and he charged about 250 to get it professionaly taken out nice and clean. He said that would probably be the same for me. That is if i do it also... but for 250... no money man! thats expensive shells to take out...

I would think so, since many cars come w/ red rear signals. For example, many MB's (though not E class/CLK). Or, the DeVille or G35 w/ the LED taillights....
