When I put the car into reverse the reverse light on the dashboard does not light up. In order to get the reverse lights to come on I have to push the shifter forward with a little pressure.

I have had the dealer fix this once. How do I go about adjusting this when it occurs. It's like a bolt or screw is loose somewhere.

I have the exact same problem on my 95 es300. any suggestions would be appreciated.
