I wish this guy would get a LFA so I can see one being driven to work. I'm stuck only seeing his McLaren now and then (there's another guy with a silver McLaren that parks at the same building sometimes too).

if i was the passenger i would have politely told him to please shut the **** up. i would have admired them both... quietly. it was still funny the way he reacted. my brother would have done the same thing...

when i had the LFA for days, so many times people rolled down their windows and gave me thumb up, complimented, yelled (in a good way), and even slowed down / exited car pool lane to follow me. it can be quite crazy

Seeing them side by side, LFA Nurburgring Edition looks a lot more like a monster and more "mean" in a purposeful manner (ignoring the LFA's sound).
An interesting anecdote is, shortly after LFA Nurburgring Edition had lapped 7:14 on non-racing slick tires, McLaren set out to beat the LFA record (although, the MP4 was wearing Corsa slick tires) and McLaren reportedly were aiming for 7:10.
However, after a few practice laps, the turboes overheated and ended up blowing the engine up. It had to literally be towed away from the race track with a rope tied to the front. Mclaren abandoned going for the record lap after that.
