I am not sure what you mean by region specific.

We are talking about a US car and the dimples in the front bumper are spaced too wide for a US plate bracket.
What I meant was those dimples are on all LFAs. The dimples are mainly there to help center license plate bracket mounting, US, Euro or Asia spec brackets.

Flipside, how difficult was it for the LFA to make it down that ram from inside the warehouse?
It wasn't difficult at all. They didn't have to angle it sharply like when they first did with the first 3 cars that came.

I think the front license plates ruin cars. Can't you just pay to run without it? I know you can in some states. Jersey you used to be able to, not sure if that's still allowed as I don't live there anymore.

Does the LFA get an LFA certified mechanic for any labor needed or does any lexus peon get to work on it?

Yes, only selected Lexus techs cerftified to work on the LFA can. There is at least one designated in key regions. The peons only get to watch and stare with envy.

The blue one is sick! Not so much on the red. A little over the top, imo. Chrome wheels don't help

According to Lexus reps, their plan is to have at least one service tech at every dealership be trained to do routine maintenance on the LFA. This way an LFA owner can go to any dealership and on short notice at least get the basics done. Of course, it's always better to go to dealers with more experienced techs.

There are also LFA specialists in each Lexus sales region who can be sent out for more serious work, or even for basic maintenance when they are available. They are also sent out to examine the LFA during pre-delivery inspection at the delivery dealership.

Congrats Gengar. A little late to this thread but it was worth it! Your choice of colors is just awesome! I have yet to see an LFA in person (let alone drive one or even riding shotgun with anyone), so I can only imagine how much better it looks/sounds in person.

Not a big fan of the red one. I think the sunset orange would look better than the red.

Thanks Ryan for posting all the hi-res pics and all the pics of the unloading, loading etc. Makes me almost feel I was there in person.

I have to ask this question though gengar - you must have considered other exotics, why did you settle on the LFA and not a Lambo or Ferrari for example.

Putting on a flame suit now.
