Cars aren't bad if you buy used, you can buy an extremely nice SC430 for less then $35k, and a SC430 is a world class automobile, it is as nice as it gets for a regular, non-exotic car, so that aren't bad.

Boat and plane are bad, thank god I don't like to float or fly

It looks much better in person, especially the front. Even the intakes look good. Purposeful. Anyone see the vid of the LFA at goodwood? It had a black stripe on the mirrors in remembrance of Naruse-San. I'll put up pics when i find some.

Yes that's why I thank god I am not into boat or plane, both are unobtainable for regular folks. I know people that like to fly, even getting the pilot license cost a whole lot of time and money!

Cars are easy, if you know cars and know how to take care of it, $20k~$30k can get you a pretty fancy used car. Which is within reach for most folks.

Just wanted to pass on that Lexus USA has given me the option of outright cash purchase contingent on signing what seems to be a no-flip contract, so it appears they are dropping the forced lease. I don't have the full information of the new terms yet.

Interesting, perhaps some needed flexibility given that the lease plan might not be preferable to those who can afford the car outright.
