A red LFA has just been spotted near Düsseldorf, Germany (photo taken 10 hours ago):

Looks like the rear LFA no-badge option. Would a red car like this with red interior be too much? Red with white inside perhaps...

shows that the winglets aren't 'screwed' on anymore. Something a lot of people were poking fun at the LFA for, saying it's 'craftsmanship' took a hit because of it. I knew all along they were pre-production and that the 'screws' wouldn't appear in the production models. Take a close look

have you seen it in real life? I think if you did you'd take back that statement, the front is awesome, just because it aint a ferrari or lambo, doesn't mean it doesn't look great. It's purposeful and powerful looking, broad and the fenders are chiseled. It's hard to see in white, but in the matte black it was great, I wish they had a matte white option. It'd look spectacular because the glare from the white makes the body lines harder to see, which is why the matte black to me brought out a lot of it's lines and features from the sculpted body, including the front.

I used to like the tail since I was a huge fan of the concept front end, but now that I am over that, the front is growing on me big time.

So the entire Europe gets only 40? Thought it was at least over a hundred or something. Wonder where the two additional LFAs for Singapore came from. It sounds to me like Lexus USA has completely exhausted its applicant list already.

"Lexus declines to give a breakdown but Europe is likely to be allocated about 40 units, while the major Asean countries will receive less than a dozen."

i can't remember what the latest allocation numbers are, but i think they said around 170 cars in japan and more in the US? if so, that will amount to almost 400 cars already. so around 40 in europe, that's possible

This is what I had initially read about the allocations of the Lexus LFA:
USA - 170
Canada - 10
Japan - 165
All Europe - 60
All Asia except Japan - 95

personally i always think they exhausted their list long ago. the fact that they are still asking for perspective buyers here in the US is a big hint already. plus initially they said they'd finish allocating all cars by june, that means it should have ended already
