As far as the title question - I requested a product specialist by around to assist in my hybrid 1yr and 2yr combined service, so there were probably a lot of people changing the oil then too.

I've seen oil get changed a few times and it's a slight process.
There is always 2 people working together and I ask for a half
day to complete the service. Remember everything you touch is
big bucks.

Reason they drain back into container is to measure how much came out, so they know how much to refill, they don't wana mess it up for sure.

Nah, the only reason they saved the oil was because one of the mechanics didn't want it to go to waste after a single pass through the system. I think his Jeep ran better with a little "essence of LFA" in it
