Definitely, Lexus LFA is the best sounding there

so,,, they were having a good old pissing contest. Cool. i knew what the LFA and Porsche sounded like,, but couldn't catch the others. one just sounded horrible,, i think it was the Audi or Lambo. just for the hell of it they should have had a Bugatti there also.

Audi/LP560-4 have the identical sound since they use the same engine.
p.s. Veyron makes no noise at all other than some vaccum-like hissing sounds, if you have seen some other videos and it barely revs over 6000 rpm.

^^ "Pissing Contest," LMFAO! Thanks.
It's probably best that they played it safe this way, b/c we've seen way too many exotic car owners not knowing how to control all that raw power and getting into trouble. That was a hilarious pissing contest, and we all know the LFA won.

I feel Carrera GT sound is too "thin" so to speak while LFA has a much more "denser" and "textured" sound, which is why LFA sounds slightly better.
One thing to note is LFA revs higher under load (rev limit placed at ~ 8000 rpm at idle to protect the engine), which gets moved up to 9500 rpm when in gear so actually LFA is a much higher revving car than any of the other one's that are in the range of 8400 - 8500 rpm.

They do have the same engine but to be fair they are tuned at two different levels to be distinct from one another. The Audi at 525hp and Lamborghini at 560hp. Granted the Audi R8 GT does put out 560. Curious to see what the next gens of these have in store for power plants. The 4.2 in the Audi will surly Become a turbo 4.0 V8 and who knows what the higher model trim spec will be. That of course will probably depend on what happens with the Gallardo replacement and what new power plant it takes on. My guess is close to 600hp.

Not be a snob, but it is 560 PS or BHP and 525 PS or BHP, which is 553 HP and 518 HP respectively.
