p.s. Tires like mentioned before, also wrong starting gear for the LFA (LFA needed to start in 1st gear for the strongest acceleration burst and not 2nd gear since its gear ratios are optimized for a rev range of 9500 rpm unlike the other cars that rev only up to something 6000 rpm).
Fuji is also at a very high 1800 meters above sea level and LFA is the only naturally aspirated car there. Anyone who has studied automotive engineering would know naturally aspirated engine lose power when the air density gets thinner at high altitude, but forced induction engines do not.
