WHITE LF-A!!!
(with red Brembo calipers)
On the 405 South near Torrance/Carson just before the 110, Today, 5PM.
I was on my Ducati Monster. I rode side-by-side with you for about two miles, soaking in that throttle's roar, quivering in pseudo-orgasm, while I hailed to the top of my lungs: "God Bless America" since it's Fourth of July weekend!!!

I enjoyed the LFA commercial, wish I could afford to lease one. Remember, all the cars are virtually gone, they really don't have to market the car, just the engineering, did not remind me of the Nissan commercial.

has anybody seen the world cup commercials for the lfa??? how stupid is that-i mean the car(&the games too)!! looks like some kind of nissan doing that dumb trick braking glasses w/the exhaust. i bet toyoda comes up w/a bad replacement for the sc like honda is doing for the cr-x. nothin' dumber than that hybrid cr-z. lf
I won't be surprise if the new SC replacement is not as cool as the SC430, seems like most newer cars are not as cool as the older stuff. I think all latest generation Lexus models are not as cool as the previous generation. Or maybe I am just getting old, don't like new stuff anymore.
The CR-Z is pretty dumb, it looks cool and all, but who the hell now a days want to pay that much money for a car that extremely underpower?

If you read the LFA lease deal that Toyota wrote up, people are pretty much paying cash for their LFA up front, Toyota just limiting people from flipping the car for a profit for 2 years.
2 years non-transferable lease, all 24 months lease payment pay up front --> $298,000 due at signing, $93,750 buyout at the end of the lease. Toyota is forcing people to pay cash for the car without being able to sell it for 2 years.

As a car, I do think the LFA is really cool. But with the price and what's available out there, if it is my money, I would much rather have a Ferrari 599. I won't consider the LFA at all.

The LFA look nothing like the GTR buddy, the LFA is way cooler then the GTR in everyways, just not $300k cooler And I am someone who has intimate knowledges of the GTR (I have driven and ride in the R35 GTR multiple times), and I rode in a LFA on a race track once.

have you seen it in real life? I think if you did you'd take back that statement, the front is awesome, just because it aint a ferrari or lambo, doesn't mean it doesn't look great. It's purposeful and powerful looking, broad and the fenders are chiseled. It's hard to see in white, but in the matte black it was great, I wish they had a matte white option. It'd look spectacular because the glare from the white makes the body lines harder to see, which is why the matte black to me brought out a lot of it's lines and features from the sculpted body, including the front.

Actual LFA buyers already have 20 homes, they don't need/want another home.....that's why they spend money on exotic cars, yachts, planes.......
Sure regular Lexus owners like myself, would rather spend the $400k on a second home. The LFA doesn't count as a regular Lexus.
