lexus LF-A at 24-hour Nürburgring Race
anybody know what happened to LF-A ? what place did lexus get?

The #14 LF-A completed the race and attained a 4th place finish in the SP8 class, behind the 3rd place IS-F. This was an improvement from 7th the previous year. Overall, the LF-A placed 87th among all classes, up from 121 last time. When pushed to its best potential, the LF-A recorded a peak position of 14th among all cars of all classes during the race.

LF-A during the race was also one of the Top 10 fastest cars out of ALL cars in the race, based on fastest overall lap times in the race. Quite amazing considering the LF-A cars were close to production spec racing against heavily modified race-spec machines.

In terms of lap times, the LF-A was definitely among the fastest. It finished overall though quite far down because both LF-A cars had some problems in the race which cost them a few hours of time.
