4/2/13, 103,470 miles - New Tires (Michelin Primacy): $1,373.20
5/8/13, 104,000 miles - Full repaint of car. New windshield. New leatherette in all seats: $13,126.97
5/23/13, 105,000 miles - Install 3M Stoneguard Tape: $605.39
1/18/15,114,000 miles - New brake pads, new rotors (front), brake fluid flush; New Cabin Filter; Oil and Filter
6/15/16 - New LED tail lights (bought from Lexus. Exact fit from a 2006+ model): $700
6/15/16 - DRL replaced with LEDs.

Know issues:

-Passenger side fender lining rubs when backing up and turning with a passenger (I haven't had time to fix it, but is should be easy).
-Inside rear view mirror vibrates sometimes ($7 spring needs to be replaced).
-Some touched-up scratches on the paint (my 2 year old and a file...)
