106082 miles, clean title, all options aside from headlight washers.
Sitting on 245/35/19 PSS in the front (8k miles) and 275/30/19 PSS in the rear (8k miles). Lots of life left in the brakes and tires, full brake job done at 80k miles (first one in cars maintenance history) Will include front pads (PMU NS400) with the sale
All recalls besides airbag performed (This F is in the first bracket for them)

Perfect maintenance history, full set of paper copies. Recent engine out inspection + ATF top up, never had a CEL. Engine out was done to replace the starter motor at the dealer, there were no mechanical problems.

Mods : Borla + Bazooka catback exhaust installed 5k miles ago by a reputable shop with receipts, USRS installed by dealer 8k miles ago, BC coils 14/12k (installed 2k miles ago) installed with the help of another F owner.
I can include the shocks pulled off of the car at the time, felt fine at the time although they have 104k miles on them.

Recent repairs - Brand new radiator, new power steering rack and pinion installed (Under LSB), new Starter motor (3k repair that requires engine out service, all Fs of this age will start to need starter motors replaced) on 2/18/17
Had a full inspection done of the engine while it was out asking for recommendations on anything that would need replacing, got a perfect bill of health and was advised nothing else should be replaced. (done at Bell Lexus of North Scottsdale)
No coolant leak on the valley plate found at the time of the engine out service 2/18/17, Updated water pump installed at 42k miles. Fresh oil change + alignment and balance at the same time as the engine out service.

BRAND NEW PAINT JOB - 1500 MILES OLD - NO ACCIDENTS
Completely fresh paint job on the entire car except the trunk, along with new windshield, new headlights, new front bumper, new passanger side window, and new clear bra along front bumper and 1/3rd of the hood as of <2k miles ago. Performed by Scotts coach works in PHX AZ. (very good shop) comes with a warranty for any defects or early wear issues in the paint.
This was not due to an accident, just road debris causing too many paint chips, I have the pictures and insurance papers to prove this.
Wheels are good condition but not pristine, slight discoloration on a couple spokes on the front ones, no road rash/curb damage.
Interior is in very good condition for the mileage, there is a slight creak right above the center dash that I was told could be fixed easily when it goes in for its airbag recall.

The car has always been garaged under my ownership, never driven in snow. I am the 2nd owner and Ive had it for a bit over two years and 12k miles, always driven carefully, never tracked.
No other issues with the car, just trading to something more road trip friendly with a large dog. I am asking $26,000 for the car given its brand new exterior condition and the recent services and repairs done to it.

This car did pass CO emissions with its current exhaust set-up on, secondary cats deleted but I will include two magnaflows that came with the exhaust as purchased (2k) with the sale. Again, this car comes with a set of front brake pads PMU NS400 and a set of magnaflow catalytic converters that I ordered with the exhaust but did not install, sunshade and anything else i have specific to this car included as well.

Not that it matters much due to the recent paint job but this car has been pampered, hand washed every week and detailed every 6-8 weeks.
A few poor garage photos from a couple weeks ago, nasty where I am now and don't have a chance to get new ones yet.
