2004 Lexus IS300 sport design
Here I have a Lexus IS300 I'm looking to sell.
It's a great car. But I made the mistake of buying it sight unseen from an out of state dealer. When I received it, there were all kinds of weird noises coming from the engine bay. You can see below a lot of the work that was done at Hargett Automotive.
I also currently have a CEL on. It is code P0172. I've replace the MAF, the MAF pigtail, and ran injector cleaner through it.
I have a new ECT sensor that I need to install to see if at fixes it.
The issue makes the car stutter at low idle. But once you get past 2k rpm, it runs agree at and strong. The issue isn't always present.
The car has plastidipped after market wheels, drilled rotors on all four corners, and has been wrapped in matte gray vinyl. All of the exterior lights also have tint film on them.
All of the vinyl and light tint can be removed prior to purchase if needed.
The CD player does not work either. Also one of the rear lights does not work the socket is shot.
Heated seats, leather interior (beige in color) with a black dash.
It has heated seats, power seats, auto climate controls, DRL, eshift trans (buttons on the steering wheel).
Looking for $7k, or best offer. No trades, cash only.
The images show the original color (silver) and the wrapped color.
Also there is some weird, small oil leak. The low level light will come on for a few seconds to a minute, then go off. It will do this off and on while driving.
