I would buy one in a heartbeat. There's no way you "fit" in an IS-F at 6'5" with a helmet on in a proper driving position. I am sure you compromising somewhere to fit - or you have a 40" inseam. I am 6'2" with a 33" inseam and have to lean the seat back to get enough room to hold my head up straight while scraping the headliner with my helmet. I have less than a finger width at the proper position with no helmet at all. I sat in an RC-F with a sunroof and could not clear the headliner even without a helmet. I could just fit in an RC-F carbon edition with a helmet because it frees up enough headroom to make the car just big enough.
I seriously thought about the IS-F in Salt Lake City for a track car - sunroof delete, and salvage title would be just fine for a track car. I wonder if it is still out there?

I track like Hightower. LOL I just put the back of the seat up and then just duck a little. Have been doing damn fine like that. Just have to lean against the B pillar when making right turns LOL. Still tons of fun and I pass people like crazy. No issue. Just life at my size. The world has not been created or developed for people my size. Even the SRS in the car will not protect me in a crash like its supposed to. It is what is. Fortuneatly taller men get the girls, get the job, and are paid more too LOL Positives and negatives baby!!! Positives and negatives .

I did one of those "drive a super car" deals at Gillette stadium in MA last year and drove a Ferrari and Lamborghini. I'm 6'3" 215lbs and without the helmet on I couldn't fit in the f430. With the helmet on I had to have my head tilted at a 45 degree angle and it was so uncomfortable. The Lamborghini lp550 balboni was better but my helmet was still touching similar to my isf.

The cars without the sunroof also have an aluminum roof I believe. Part of the weight savings. I wanted one mainly because I never use a sunroof but it's very difficult to find.

I can see where someone might get the impression the roof is aluminum, but if you look at this diagram, it's pretty clear only the hood is aluminum. Same as the MkIV Supra.
