Regularly serviced, oil every 5k roughly, tranny drain and fills every 10-15k or so. Recently replaced front lower ball joints (155k) and radiator/hoses (136k). Timing Belt, Water Pump, Front Main Seal, Cam Seals, and Valve Cover gaskets all done at 119k. I also recently put a new set of spark plugs and VVTi control solenoid in it.
I am the 2nd owner, the vehicle was serviced regularly at Lexus of West Palm Beach and then I took over in 2010 and serviced the vehicle myself. It runs great, A/C blows cold, stereo works great, this was my daily driver and I drove it 70-100 miles a day most days but I purchased a new daily and no longer have any use for it.
It is a daily so there are the normal small nicks/chips/etc, but overall it is in pretty nice condition and runs well.
