How can the mileage be true of the cluster was swapped?
Companies like ours can do odometer corrections on replacement clusters. Is this legal? Local laws vary by state, however it is legal to correct odometer mileage as long as you follow the laws, disclosure, and regulations. Odometer mileage can only be corrected to reflect the actual miles on the vehicle. Customers need to complete our odometer correction form and send it along with their speedometer.

Bump! People don't understand how rare these 400's are now. Surprised you haven't sold it by now. GLWS again, definitely worth keeping IMO it should be considered a classic.
