94 SC300 Turbo LSx 6 speed T-56
Time to move onto another toy. A total sleeper (well maybe not), 1994 Lexus SC300 with a turbocharged LSx GM engine with T-56 6-speed. Originally an auto car swapped with factory pedals and 5 speed cluster. I built this as a fun sleeper, all the gauges (Tach, Temp, Fuel, Speedo, Odo) and all electronics in the car work (that took some doing!). A/C is currently out but car was built to have it. The downpipe is built around the compressor mount, have tons of A/C parts to get the system together. It is wicked fast and has not yet been tuned to it's full potential. Still have a very conservative break-in tune with very limited timing and 12psi (timing is what gets you, not boost). Has great driveability, I cannot stand a car you can't get in and go. Sits in traffic all day long or will cruise the interstate just the same. I am willing to have it tuned by a local LSx guru as part of the sale. Ethanol or 93, your choice He tuned it previously on the auto/74mm turbo/previous cam setup and it saw 509 RWHP. However that was still conservative. The car got torn down and setup the way it is before it went back. I'd expect to 600-625 at the wheels with this setup.
Specs:
-LY2 4.8 ('07-09), 243 heads, 9:1compression, studs, rod bolts, Patriot Gold springs, ISKY 213/213 cam, LS2 intake/LS2 TB (fly by wire), 80# injectors, twin Walbros, ~3000 miles.
-Tremec T-56: Tick Stage 2 rebuilt ~2500 miles ago; Textrailia Clutch
-Precision PT76GTS turbo, Tial blow off, Precision wastegate: ~3000 miles
-5" downpipe, 4" exhaust with diesel muffler, actually fairly quiet but rumbles
-4 row front mount intercooler
-Griffin radiator with PCM controlled electric fan
-Tuned with EFILive, E38 PCM with custom OS, fly-by-wire throttle, etc.
-Innovate LC-1 wideband
-19" RPM wheels, Kyoki struts, Eibach drop rear springs (front drop springs were removed for more ground clearance but still have them).
-SC300 and SC400 rear ends (currently on SC400 but should swap back to 300 rear, better gearing).
-GTO seats, 3/4 of the interior panels converted to black (redyed), still have carpet, dash and console to finish. It has a factory black/grey headliner and factory back steering wheel.
Bad:
-Some idiot (me) forgot to latch the hood and took off on a test run, trashing it the windshield and the moon roof. New windshield and sunroof are in. Got a hood from a member on this forum but it's not painted to match the car.
-Speedometer needle comes and goes.
-The guts of the center console got chopped up by the previous owner. It all fits back together but it's not as tightened up as factory.
-Tan interior hasn't been fully redyed
-Downpipe clearance is pretty low, this is why there are stock springs up front. With the stockers in the clearance is fine, with the Eibach's I ended up breaking a vband...twice.. from hitting things.

NOT LOOKING FOR TRADES. I already know what I want next, thanks.
Price: price drop! $11,000

Thanks for the kind words. I know I'm losing money on the deal and the next car I pick up won't be nearly as fast but I want to experiment with another area of the market.
