This nicely optioned 2008 Lexus LS460L is the nicest and lowest mileage example out there! It is gorgeous in Black Sapphire (a very dark metallic blue), in virtually perfect showroom condition. The only flaws that I can see on the whole car inside and out are 2 tiny rock chips (touched up) on the passenger side of the hood. I attached a photo, they look way worse in the photo than in person. The oil was changed yearly with Mobil1 synthetic oil. The paint is in amazing condition, no swirl marks, dings, dents or scratches. If it wasn't for the 2 chips, I would say it's 100% perfect. The interior is also 100% perfect and looks and smells brand new. The car was always garaged and only driven on nice days. It never saw snow, or even a drop of rain. It still has the original windshield washer fluid in the tank! It's priced higher than the others out there, but you get what you pay for. You can essentially drive an almost new $83,774 (sticker) car for a fraction of the cost.

I'm willing to negotiate, but $42K is too low for me because the Porsche dealer already offered me $38,500. With the tax advantage in NY, it equals $41,821 (basically $42K).
If your friend is willing to budge I think I can work with him. I'm looking to buy a Porsche and wouldn't mind getting the ball rolling. If he was serious about buying, I would really like to speak to him about the car. It's hard to negotiate unless he knows what he is negotiating for. Everyone's idea of mint condition is different and I have VERY high standards. On ferrarichat.com, I'm known as "the **** guy". He will not be disappointed in my car, I promise! He is essentially getting a brand new car at 1/2 price. The rear seats were sat in 5 times at most, and the front passenger seat maybe 25 times at most!
According to NADA guide, 2007 with 7,000 miles goes for $36,187 (high retail) and you paid $40K (~10% over retail). My car, an '08 with 5,000 miles has almost 50% less mileage and the NADA guide has it at $43,025

Actually, I have a guy that said he wanted it, but has to clear up some personal real estate issues first. He also lives in California. His plan is to buy it and have it shipped to him.
Since I'm not 100% sure that he will be able to buy it, you should call me so we can talk about it. It is truly an amazing car, you won't be disappointed, I promise.
If you are interested, I would still feel obligated to give him first shot at it, but I would also be able to push him along and get an immediate answer. I am waiting patiently for him because I didn't get any serious buyers yet, only tire kickers.

I'll do one better, I'll post the Autocheck report.
It shows 2 owners because the first owner was my father, I'm the second owner. My father put just under 1,000 miles on it and I purchased it from him in 2010. I would love to talk to you about it so I can explain why I bought it from him, and why I'm selling it.
One would have to see this car to believe it's condition. It looks better than the cars on the showroom floor! The new cars have swirl marks in the paint from the employees dry wiping them! (mine also did when it was new, but I corrected it). My car has no swirls. I actually use the Master Blaster to dry the car with air. It blows filtered and gently warmed air to remove the water so I don't even have to touch the paint! The interior is exactly as new, and it even smells new. It was a nice weather only car.
Please call me if you are even a little bit interested. I can work with you a little more on price if it doesn't sell this week. I had a guy who was interested and was all ready to send a shipper, but ran into some real estate issues with a property of his. If the interested guy can't buy it this week due to the whole real estate mess that he's in now, I will have to sell it to the next person that wants it.

I'm only going to lower it a certain amount until it sells. If it goes too low, I'm just going to keep it.
I'm actually shocked that it hasn't sold yet. Apparently there are no fanatic people that have seen my ad yet. Once someone takes the time to see it, it will be sold. I guarantee it!
