With the 2011 cars with all the upgrades over the 08-09 cars going for low $40s and even saw a guy here get one for under $40k from a private party u will have a very hard time getting $40k for urs. I couldn't give my 08 away trying to sell it so I just traded it in.

Agree with what you're saying MRD and is likely why I haven't had many bites. No rush or don't need to sell so worse case, I'll keep it as a weekend driver which is why I bought it in the first place.
