Lots of small vacuum hoses.

Valve cover and spark plug seal

Body, engine and interior in good condition, but paint are starting to peel off.

How many miles are on it now? Anything else wrong besides a new tranny? Would it pass inspection/smog otherwise?

It was giving error code P0770 for almost a month. Then all of the sudden it won't move, it does not matter if it's forward or reverse. P0770 code says shift solenoid, the parts is like $280 at Sewell. it may or may not fix the problem. just don't want to make the risk.
