IS250 AWD 68,xxx $16,000

Bought an e92 m3 so my old Lexus is up for sale.

********I have some interest, but despite that, if the car does not sell by September, 10th, 2013 the car will go back to stock and will be traded into a dealership for 15,500. I'd rather try selling it to CL for the same price. Hate the idea of a dealership overcharging someone for my baby when someone else could take better care of it.
As the title states, I'm selling my 2007 IS250 AWD. I work 6 days a week, 60+ hours a week. This car was driven to and from work for the past 2 years. Car has had a total of two owners; me, and a company that used this car as a company car. CarFAX available. I have a number of aftermarket parts, so the price listed is for the car AS IT IS, including all the stock parts if you choose to revert the car to look stock.
Car drives just as smooth as the day I drove it off the lot at CarMax. Now, Ive looked up the KBB value of the car, and the price I'm selling the car for reflects a value under the KBB value as well as aftermarket parts that can be parted out for much more than I'm asking; Obviously I'd much rather sell the car as a whole at a discounted price rather than selling each part and making some more profit seeing as I'm working most of the time.
The reason I'm selling this car is I've finally decided to trade up and put my hard earned money to a car I've always wanted.
2007 is250 AWD - Car is painted 1G1 Tungsten Pearl
68,xxx miles. large chunk of those miles were driving to Centreville and back to my house in Burke
