the market is not what it used to be on SCs, I sold my 92 with original 5 speed with brand new act clutch, acs kit, midnight purple paint, suspension, 18x10 wheels, fully redone custom leather with and added cushion... barely got 6k for that.
my 99 with tein coilovers and wheels, black on black, took 4 months to sell it for 5.5k! fenders pulled shaved, painted, great paint as well.

What do you think is a fair market price for this car? I daily drive it and it is an amazing car. Honestly, I like it more than my IS. I see SCs with high miles sell here for 3.5-4K. I thought my asking price was very reasonable.

The price is very reasonable, I picked mine up in the same color code as a five speed with coils and wheels for the equivalent of about $6500. In fact, I need a new paint job too! So GLWS, way to be fair.
I might be interested, PM'd you.

I would say between 3500-4500 due to the cosmetic and mechanical issues. If the paint was good, 5k would be fair. Quality paint work is not cheap, and some people are very turned off by quarter panel damage. This is just my opinion, and you may be able to find somebody who will pay more if you are patient.

Thanks every one for the input. At this point I will take offers to see what the fair price for this car is as defined by the market. Feel free to make offers and the worst I can say is no. Thanks.

That one panel is a bit of a bummer, but I would've PMed you if this car had been for sale in September. I spent 4k on a 95 5spd with 180k.
This will probably move quickly after people start getting their tax return checks and it warms up a little. GLWS
