FS/FT: 1JZ-GTE SC400 (400+ Wheel)

I am currently in Florida (Bradenton) taking care of my grandmother who is fighting cancer. As I think of parts I will be adding to this thread. I will be as thorough as possible with this ad and make sure I get every aspect of this car and the buyer has no blind spots.
DYNO VIDEO-BEFORE/AFTER CHARTS!
The car made great power! Especially on a Dyno Dynamics (Dyno dynamics aka heartbreaker) on a dynojet this car will be roughly 420 wheel.
The car is sitting in my garage, I have a new seibon CF hood (stock, for weight savings) and full shine auto body kit waiting to be installed and painted! ALL THE PARTS WILL BE PAINTED AND INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY BEFORE CAR IS SOLD!
As much as I don't want to, it is time to move on. I am putting up my SC400 for sale or for trade for any luxury sedan. I will be parting ways with the car and start saving up money towards payments for pharmacy school. Having a heavily modded turbo car does not help
Trades:
I would LOVE a 06+ GS or ISX50 of any kind
But I plan on staying in the Lexus family!
Any luxury sedans plus cash, if needed I can put a little cash on my end.
This SC is a beautiful 2 owner car. She started her life in North Carolina, clean title, absolutely NO RUST. The underside of this car is amazing! I easily have $20k invested in this car. I will definitely miss it, but as time comes I need to rethink my priorities. She has been garage kept, and always immaculate. I will detail the car before it is sold.
This car is the perfect platform for anyone looking to build a very high HP setup. If you build a 1.5JZ (1JZ heads with 2JZ block, .5 liter bore for less than $500) with a turbo/cams/injectors you can easily push 600 wheel.
Ill start with the BAD:
*Car definitely needs window tint, factory tint needs to be stripped
*No A/C, just needs lines to be installed and working
*Rear seats have been deleted, but new ones can be re-installed. (I will be installing a custom rear seat delete for weight savings and also to clean up the rear section for new speakers)
*Power Steering leaks slightly
*With the custom gauge setup mileage is not exact.
*2 small dents on driver side fender (must be in correct angle to see, but its there)

Haltech Wide-band (this regulates and controls the haltech by reading the weather and adjusting how the car will run)

Dyno tuned by Dynosty in louisville KY, I know these guys personally and know they will vouch for how great this car runs.

As of 6/1/12 I did a full fluid flush! Transmission (Redline oil), Motor (greddy high HP turbo oil) Differential (Redline)
I am asking $13.5k OBO (this price is for CL members Only!). I believe with the time and money I have invested in this car that this is a fair deal, especially in this market. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! Also, I am willing to drive this car up to 4 hours away! She is reliable and has yet to leave me stranded
Now please do not cluster my thread with useless words saying my car is not worth it.

I vouch for Jo. I've been in the car and it pulls and feels amazing. very well built sc. Buy with confidence people. He's a really good guy and honest seller.

I know Jo personally and have done work on this car more than a few times(fan shroud being one of the times). This car is really sweet and a lot of fun to drive! Worth every penny. GLWS!
