FS: 2006 IS350 Tungsten Pearl--HAS EVERY OPTION & UNDER WARRANTY!

Ok, down to business. I'm selling my 2006 Tungsten Pearl Lexus IS 350. I bought the car from Keyes Lexus in Oct. 2009 through their Certified Pre-Owned used program. Therefore, I still have the full factory warranty through Oct. 2012 Here are the details:
The reason I'm selling the car is I need to upgrade to an SUV for the new family as I recently got married with a kid. I'm asking $17,000 FIRM (with exhaust). Please NO LOW-BALL OFFERS. Car is located in SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY (Mission Viejo, CA)

Ok, down to business. I'm selling my 2006 Tungsten Pearl Lexus IS 350. I bought the car from Keyes Lexus in Oct. 2009 through their Certified Pre-Owned used program. Therefore, I still have the full factory warranty through Oct. 2012 Here are the details:
- Clean Title
- Mileage: 92,xxx (all freeway commuter miles)
- Non-Smoker
- 4 Brand New Tires installed Nov. 2011 (90% tread left)
- Oil Changes performed every 5k miles; most recent was Jan. 2012
- Car has Every Factory Option: Sport Package & Luxury Package; Mark Levinson Sound, Sunroof; Back-up Camera, heated/ventilated Front Seats, Aluminum Sport Pedals; Rear Spoiler; Navigation
- Brand new OEM HID bulbs installed by Park Place Lexus Mission Viejo (replaced BOTH in Dec. 2011)
- Greddy SE exhaust--excellent condition (I have stock exhaust too
) - All Major Service performed by Park Place Lexus--Mission Viejo, CA
- Car runs PERFECT & is in GREAT condition (minimal wear & tear)
- Brand New OEM Floor Mats installed

Ok guys I need this GONE ASAP!
I'm willing to let it go for ONLY $17,500
Remember this car is STILL UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL OCTOBER so rest assured you are getting a sound car with no issues (should something arise, get it fixed for FREE). All major recalls have been performed. Oil was just changed last month in January 2012. 4 New Tires were just installed November 2011--tread 90%. Also you're getting a GREDDY SE Exhaust (sounds amazing--always get compliments) that cost $800 brand new, I could easily part it for $500 and you are getting it FREE with the car.

...I do like to multi-task.If it isn't sold soon, I may part it, I've already gotten a few offers for it.
