Wtb 98-00 gs300/400

What are your plans for the car? My car has a fair amount of paint damage. A few dings here and there and one large dent/scratch type thing with rust along the driver side rear. Front bumper has major road rash and cracks in paint. It has been in 2 collisions before my ownership. Car has a door ajar issue where the car doesn't recognize the doors are closed, resulting in interior lights staying on, but courtesy lights on the door do not work. It is white and has 239000 miles. Interior is in fair shape, but nothing more. It has an oil leak. Not sure if it is the rear main seal, but the leak seems to be where the engine and tranny meet. It has a shake on the highway. Unsure if it's a wheel balance or bad suspension component. Brakes need work as well.
