GLWS

Free bump by way of question and open discussion -
How did you get the headlights to look like that? Mine needs some cleaning up. The last time I worked on my headlights was to seal a small leak allowing moisture inside the housing. But when I did that, some of the rubber stuff got on the inside of the lens.

blah - spacer

I literally baked the headlights and pulled them apart. Cleaned up the lens inside and out and sprayed the housings black. I wanted to retrofit some TSX projectors for a cleaner output line for the HIDs but decided not to. They're actually Soarer headlights so the beam pattern is for a RHD car, lol, but I've never had problems with oncoming traffic.

Some tips for refinishing the lens would be to sand them down lightly and polish them. You can even go the extra step of reclearing them and polishing them up again. Just a matter if you've got the time and effort for it.
It's a simple process, you just need to be cautious in what you're doing.

All you did was clean the lens inside and out, no sanding or polishing?

Nice looking car BTW.

Polishing is a common thing for me when it comes to "cleaning" - sorry for being generic with the terms.
and honestly, you guys want to know a neat lil trick? To clean the outside of your headlights if they're hazing...all you need is toothpaste. Go ahead...Try it!

Sorry and my sincerest apologies for not getting back to messages sooner.
I'm still working remotely while here in Jersey. I found some time today to finally pick her up.
My buddy/mechanic will be looking her over and I'll clean her up as soon as I can.
Here are some shots! She's quite dirty even with a car cover and a tent over it! Unbelievable!

I've got plenty of hits on this - thanks.

Update: So with the holidays around, my friend hasn't been able to get to the car and fix the minor problems.
Right now there's a power draw that we need to figure out. If you want to pick it up as is, let me know and you can fix it yourself or wait until the end of this week and we can work something out then.

Sorry for constantly pulling your legs! I seriously want to get rid of this car as eager as you are to buy it!

Sale fell through...

Back up on the market.

I am leaving tonight to go back home to California. However the car will be sitting at my friends shop in NJ, so if anyone would like to view the car while I'm gone, please let me know and I can get you in contact with my mechanic to show the car to you.
