I am selling my car because I am getting ready to purchase a home and would like to free up some cash. The car has been good to me and never left me stranded. The car has a clean title in hand and I just paid the registration until July 2012. The exterior is in good shape for its age with no major dents. Paint could use a good polish/detail. Paint appears to be all original except for the front bumper. The previous owner said he got it repainted due to many rock chips. There does not appear to be any paint or body work on of the other panels, and all have the original VIN sticker. The engine is SMOOTH and quiet. There are no leaks. The A/C and heater both work great. The radio & navigation both work great. No speakers are blown, and the factory 10" subwoofer has been replaced with a 10" JBL that sounds much better. All door lock actuators work 100%. The interior carpet is in good shape but would need a steam clean to be perfect. The leather interior is in good shape for it's age, with minor creases but no cracks or tears. I regrettably removed the center resonators creating a true dual exhaust from the headers back to the L-Tuned mufflers. The exhaust is real loud now, and sounds like a modified Mustang. A couple new resonators should quiet it down unless you like it loud.
I have priced the car to move at $9,000 and pretty firm on the price considering the problem areas (suspension/ball joints/bushings) have already been addressed, and the tasteful modifications. With a little TLC the car could be gorgeous.

bumpage for you just sold my GS430 on Walds last week now Im rolling in a IS 300.
Your GS is pretty clean it should sell soon try posting it on craigslist as well just a suggestion.
