Hell yea it is! VERY hard to find one with this color combo, in this condition, for this price, hands down. I had a black on tan one before this, and i never really cared that it was tan, until i got this one with black interior. I will NEVER get tan interior again, lol.

Nice! I'm looking to sell the exact same car lol. I see someone else uses their parking brake too, everyone I know thinks I'm crazy for using it in an auto. I really don't wanna derail the thread but how much is an identical ls400 with <92k miles worth? I'm looking to sell it later this year.

Hah, they'll think youre crazy until they screw their transmission up. Parking on an incline and just putting it in park and letting off the brake is stupid, when you put it back into gear and hear that loud CLUNK, its obvious that its not a good thing lol.

As for how much your car is worth, it really depends on what other similar cars are going for in your area and what people are willing to pay. Dont go by the Kelly Blue Book, go by whatever your local market price is. For instance, KBB says my car is worth about $4200... Fat chance finding one like mine for 4 grand, I'll take the KBB and wipe my *** with it before I take 4 grand for my car.

KBB put mine at around 4.5k I thought that was awfully low. Thanks for the advice and GLWS!

Haha, let me know if you want to check it out, I'm in Riverside. For $6000 o.b.o. it's worth it. Take a look at all the other ones for sale on craigslist right now, they're all either Black on tan, White on whatever, or their mileage is real high. Also, My registration is good til June 2011.

How hard is it to roll the front fenders? Also the grey areas (2tone), are those panels removable? Easily paintable?

Rolling the front fenders is cake with the Eastwood fender roller. I rented one from a local member and rolled the front and rears on my first gen LS. All you have to do is remove the fender liner before you start rolling. There are tons of writeups but its pretty straightforward.

The grey side panels are removable, the front and rear are actually part of the bumper. They are all easily repaintable though, i had my first gen LS color matched, any competent body shop would be able to do it with no problems
