I was planning to raise the boost and tune it with mapecu. The car is running on stock ecu as of now and low boost(10psi), but i will include a mapecu and manual boost controller if i get close to what im asking for...

Im not sure about rules in Cali, but in TX it doesn't have problems to register, and it has all the tags up to date...with a clean title in hand. i dont think ur gs is stock so i would have to say no. Im looking for a trade for stock/reliable car that is cheaper than my car so i get some cash in hand as well .
