For Sale: So Cal –> MY Crashed 2001 Lexus IS300 - $5,500 w/ Exterior & Interior pics
Okay – I’ll make this quick and simple…
My IS300 is NO more…
It was taken away from me approx 2 months ago and I was lucky enough to walk away from it a bit banged up. Car has been in my garage since.. and its been started up every few days...
I was hit and then ran off the road by a lady who made an illegal U-turn when sign posted.
She claimed responsibility at the scene.
Car Specs
2001 IS300 - production # 131
- Automatic with E-Shift on Steering Wheel
- One Original Owner w/ 112,000 miles
- This is its ONLY accident in 6 years & 9 months!!! Clean Title
- Never been painted or never had body repairs
Graphite Gray Pearl
Fully Loaded w/ Black Leather and Escaine Interior
6 Disc CD Changer
Heated Front Seats
Heated Side View Mirrors
Limited Slip Differential
Moonroof w/Sunshade
HID Headlights
Homelink System
2004 Fog Lights
2004 Body ECU upgrade (ALL doors lock when put into gear)

Excellent Condition before accident..!!
Interior is still Immaculate
Original Paint is still in Great Condition - Car was kept garaged at home & work when not driven.
Oil changed every 5k miles
All Intermediate Services completed and Major Full 90k mile service recently done.
New Water Pump, New Timing Belt, New Denso Iridium Spark Plugs... New Fluids.. Newer Brake pads... Etc..
Car was in Tip Top Condition Inside & Out at time of accident.
Still Runs Perfectly and drives ok.
Engine and Transmission still Excellent!!
Damage sustained to:
Moderate Damage is located at Mid to Lower Passenger Rear Quarter Panel, Drivers side lower Door and Lower Rocker & B Frame.
Drivers Side Front and Rear suspension.
Light Damage to Front Drivers Fender area, Lower Front Bumper Cover Front Tie Bar and Tow Hook area.
Rear Bumper still good, just has broken tabs
Broken Passenger Side Tail light
3 - 18" Lexus Wheels Damaged.
Here is what's NOT damaged and still in Excellent shape:
FULL Interior Perfect, Moonroof Perfect, Hood Perfect, Engine Bay Area Perfect, Brake System Perfect, Engine and Transmission perfect, HID Headlights & Fog Lights Perfect, Passenger Front Fender Perfect, Passenger side Front & Rear Doors Perfect, Trunk Lid Perfect, Drivers Side Tail light perfect, Drivers side Rear Door Perfect...
Both Side View Heated Mirrors Perfect
ALL Glass Perfect and still intact.
ALL Air Bags Perfect and still intact. (Did not deploy since car was NOT in a full rear or front end collision)
All Doors still open and close just fine..!
I am NOT looking to part out car at this time...
I will ONLY sell it AS IS locally in So Cal !!!
My asking price is $5,500...
You will need to tow it, since suspension damage is not safe for street driving.
Car can be fixed if you have the time, money and a very reputable body shop that knows Lexus repairs well.
It will make a Great Daily Driver or Great Project Car to rebuild for the Race Track... or you already have a donor car for parts this is a perfect deal for a fixer.
