Sold - 1992 Green Lexus SC300 Manual

I am selling my pride and joy - a 1992 SC300 Green with the 5 speed manual. Only 3% of the SC300's were ever sold as manuals. The only modification to this car is a 12 disc changer in the trunk. With our child on the way, my wife is telling me we need a four door.

This car has 167,000 miles on it. The powertrain still delivers plenty of power and the mileage is a bit better than the original EPA estimates of (18/23). I get about 18mpg around town and 24mpg on the freeway.

I bought this car from the original owner in 2000 with 118,000 miles on it. The original owner lived in Moraga and used this car to commute to a hospital in Oakland where he worked (pretty much all freeway miles).

Since 2000 this car has lived on the Monterey Peninsula. I have always kept this car in a garage. I averaged less than 7,500 miles a year on this car because I usually walked to work. During my ownership the brakes were redone, battery replaced, and a cutout switch on the clutch pedal was replaced. I have this paperwork. I have kept up with all the oil changes and scheduled maintenance. Except for every other oil change, Lexus of Monterey has done all the maintenance work on this car.

This car is in great shape but I want to be upfront about known issues:

Like any car with over 100K miles, there are a few paint chips.
There is a small burn mark on the front passenger seat (I only paid it attention when I first bought the car).
There is a crack in the plastic around the middle dashboard air vent (this is common for this car).
The tip of the speedometer needle and the in dash stereo backlight does not always illuminate. The rest of the lights including the climate control backlight are fine.
