1997 RSP Sc300, 1 owner, highway miles

Royal Sapphire Pearl, very rare, don't have to tell you guys that.
Black leather interior
All factory options minus roof and nakamichi sound system.
Lexus 12 Disc changer
Car is in nice shape for the miles, I will be upforward w/the flaws tho minor.
-The left rear quarter has a ding/paint chip that has started to rust. Quoted to be a $400 job the right way to repair.
-The left lower rocker panel has scratches
-the front right fender, right front door, right rear quarter have very minor dings that are very repairable, about $200 worth to fix all of them w/Dent Doctor or similar.
-Car runs/drives/shifts like that of a 50k mile vehicle. Its been well maintained and shows. No smoke on startup, crisp shifts, tight brakes.
-The interior of the vehicle is an 8.5 out of 10. Very clean nice shape except for a couple minor scratches on the rear leather seats and minor dings in the leather on the drivers door panel.
-There are no mechanical flaws that I can find and I'm very particular on vehicles, a minor exhaust heatshield rattle I'm taking care of prior to sale is the only thing I found!
Taking into account the rarity and clean condition of the car as well as the minor cosmetic flaws am pricing this vehicle at $9200 or best reasonable offer.
