1993 Lexus SC300 1JZ Swap NEW PICS/PRICE LOWERED!!!!!
I have a 1993 Lexus SC300 with 116k miles. It has NEW Dark Metallic Green [6M2] paint [Jan06] on Ivory leather. While in the paint shop I added a lip style wing, 97 front bumper, and shaved the antenna - looks great! Loaded, power everything, sunroof, center console, locking glovebox, one master and one valet key, keyless entry, telescoping steering wheel, premium sound, auto headlamps, dimming rearview mirror, digital climate control, etc. Soarer automatic transmission just flushed and filled - shifts perfect and firm everytime. New serpentine belt, new radiator, new AC compressor & fresh freon charge, new NGK spark plugs, new battery, new pads/rotors, cooling system flushed and filled, and new oil change with Mobil1/Toyota filter.
1JZ-GTE Engine Set from JHOT Exports in Augusta, GA. Advertised as a 60k mile motor and is VERY CLEAN. Motor set was sold to me by Jonathan @ JHOT Exports. He can be reached @ 706-364-5468. Wiring and installation of the new engine was done by me and a mechanic friend of mine who has had plenty of experience with JDM swaps. The swap was completed without issue and fired on the first crank. The following were installed with the swap so that everything works as it should:
[1] Supra twin-turbo throttle cable
[2] Ford F-150 power steering reservoir and new hoses
ENGINE UPGRADES
K&N intake, 3" mandrel-bent downpipe into dual 3" exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers and stainless tips, manual boost controller, Greddy boost cut controller, Greddy speed limiter cut, custom IC piping replaces the stock rubber piping, and I also installed the Soarer fuel pump.
OTHER UPGRADES
Supra twin-turbo 17" polished wheels wrapped in 245/275mm Bridgestone Fuzion ZR tires with plenty of tread life left. Eibach sport springs and Tokico struts replace the factory suspension. LS400 brakes were swapped to give adquate braking with higher speed. This car stops EXCELLENT and the brakes were one of my favorite upgrades! I also added Mcculloch 6000K HIDS and 20% window tint.
The car went 13.62@104.5 on my FIRST PASS after the motor swap was completed. Since then I've made back to back 13.5x@104.x passes. The car has trapped as high as 106mph and I've cut a 1.96 60ft. All above was accomplished @ 14lbs of boost. The car is now running about 16.5 lbs and ABSOLUTELY flies! This car has pulled even with 108-110mph cars from 60-120. The car runs VERY strong and has a lot of power to be made with a few more mods such as a FMIC and cam gears.
Problems.
The usual. The cluster has some dancing lights and dull spots, simple to have repaired. The trunk struts are blown - very cheap to replace. Driver's headlight is a little cloudy, but I'm probably going to get it touched up. The interior overall is clean. No large rips on the seating surfaces, just usual wear. The carpet still looks nice and the dashboard looks mint for a 13 year old car. The door panels are clean, nothing broken. The passenger window seems to be slightly off the track, but still operates fine. Seats operate as they should. CD changer operates, but will not read CD's.
I've seen high-mileage cars with 1JZ swaps sell for $10kish and none of them IMO are as clean as this one. This car has EVERYTHING you need to go fast. Perfect for someone willing to slap on a single turbo and make a beast of it!
ASKING $13K. Please contact me - Chris Morgan at 334-221-2478 or chrismorgan@knology.net or through PM. Please no low-ball offers! Serious offers are welcome!

These are the only new pictures I have of the car since the new paint job. Keep in mind the car is definitely not clean as I was at the drag strip for the night.
