FS: 97 SC300 w/ 2JZGTE
For sale: 1997 SC300 w/ 2JZGTE head swap
90K miles on the chassis and block and ~40K miles on the gte head and gte automatic tranny. The car runs like a stock Lexus except its fast. The power is delivered smoothly and quietly. The exterior and interior are in great condition. There are a couple of door dings but overall the exterior is excellent. Asking $19K. No trades. This car is my daily driver. It is VERY reliable. No problems. Everything works....AC, speedo, tach, etc....drives like a stock Lexus..
Modifications consist of:
Engine and transmission:
2jzgte head
2jzgte automatic transmission
B&M transmission cooler
custom driveshaft
supra engine mounts
thicker head gasket
front mount intercooler
turbo pipes and intake manifold ceramic coated
valve covers powdercoated
Walbro fuel pump
Blitz intake
Suspension and wheels:
Koni adjustable shocks and Eibach springs
TRD strut bar
SC400 brake calipers and crossdrilled/slotted rotors
supra TT chrome wheels
I might be forgetting some things but that is most of it.

You're the one that went to dental school, right? Which school? I'll be going to Temple for endo next year. Sorry that was kinda off topic.
But I've been thinking about wheter or not to get a car out in Philly. I was thinking about picking up a beater, but if your car is still around next summer, I'll consider it. Nice ride

howiedoit, hey man...I am at Temple..Congrats on getting in the endo program! I have a couple of friends who are endo residents at Temple..Let me know when you come here so I can show you around...I still have 2 1/2 more years of dental school so we can definitely hang out...
lexforlife, I will post pictures of the interior as soon as I get back to Philadelphia. Right now I am in Dallas, TX spending time with my family. I will be back on the 3rd so I will post pics then....
