Default 2014 lexus is350 non ML factory amp removal?

Hey guys, im a proud new owner of a 14 is350 fsport and i LOVE the car but i HATE the factory audio system. Everything sounds washed out and muddy. Anyway, ive been doing my research when i was finally gonna bite the bullet and do a JLaudio fix86, and a jl audio xd 700/5 when i found out that if i remove the factory amplifier its possible it will throw a diagnostic trouble code?? Can anyone confirm if this will illuminate a check engine light? Has anyone successfully removed the factory amplifier with out any issues? Please let me know. I just dont see the point in having the factory amp installed if its not going to be used. I was hoping i could place my aftermarket amplifier there since there would be just enough room.

Why don't u run a fix82 with the fix86 so u don't have to remove the factory amp.
