Hello

my 08 460L has the base lexus system (non ML) , and I want to add some more thump too it.

I currently have a set up from my old ls430 (2x12) but its too big and will take up too much trunk space

So my question is, how easy would it be to replace the stock 10 inch woofer with a higher powered aftermarket ( I belive it needs to be a free air? )

As well as add a single 12 inch W7 JL audio in the trunk .

I don't want to tax the stock amp so id prefer to run both new woofers off an alternate amp set up , would one high powered monoblock be okay for both ?

I plan to keep this car for a few years so I will need some bass , the stock system has good highs and is very clear but has no thump at all

You'll have to run separate amps.

I think I'm going to keep the stock woofer and just add a 12 inch jl audio in the trunk
