Nokia Bluetooth Car Kit (CARK-112)
I just ordered the Nokia Bluetooth Car Kit (CARK-112) to use with the Nokia 3650. Has anyone used this kit?
I've been using the CARK-91 with the Nokia 7160 and it has been great. This new kit is Bluetooth so I was just curious to hear how it is working out for anyone using it....
Thanks,
-Corey

I just ordered a bluetooth car kit (CK3000) made by a company called French Parrot SA. Funny name :} , but the kit comes highly recommended. It's a bluetooth universal kit (works on many different bluetooth phones) and does everything I'm looking for in a hands free car kit for my LS430. Matching this up with the new Sony Ericsson T608 will be my ticket. Will the Nokia car kit do all the CK3000 functions?

I think it was invented by IBM. It's a semi-standard language that is just being adopted by consumer electronics manufacturers. Somebody decided that some day, all digital devices (cell phones, PDA's, remote controls, cameras, keyboards, laptop PC's, your toaster) will want to talk to one another using a wireless link. Why not use a common language? That's Bluetooth. Sort of like the Firewire link without the wire.

lexuslover, I will be installing the kit on my own. I suspect it will have a mute lead, speaker or low level outputs. I'll be using the Electrical Wiring Diagram for my LS430 to integrate it with ML system. The microphone will go behind the overhead console as only 1 of the 2 microphone openings have a mic in place for navigation/lexus link functionality.

Bluetooth is a wireless rf communications protocol for digital signals. Eh? What's that in English??
