Question NAVI issue -- anyone in Sydney Australia?

Hi:

The NAVI in my folk's car has frozen up and is totally unresponsive. Can anyone in Sydney recommend a mechanic/workshop (indy preferred) that is trustworthy and capable of diagnosing and fixing this issue? Proximity to the Eastern suburbs would be a plus.

Thanks in advance!

Just as a quick update --

After some research online we called Randwick Auto Electrical (http://randwickautoelectricians.com.au/), who referred me to a Vietnamese gentleman by the name of "Nam" who seemed to be familiar with the issue, concluding that it is a touchscreen issue and that the screen would have to be replaced.

He quoted $550 for a 'good' replacement screen, or $370 for a 'fair' one, plus $390+GST for labor etc.

Someone else from another Australian Lexus forum warned me to be careful, as Nam apparently has a reputation for damaging the console/dash.

Case closed. Got referred to a guy who has his own shop and he replaced the screen for A$500 all-in.
