GROM AUDIO SUCKS and is a ripoff.
Ordered a bt-3 from them..paid extra for express shipping...now the package is lost and they refuse to refund me the extra $25 i paid for shipping along with the product I never got. Their customer service is a joke. I knew I should have went with GTA Car Kits.
