Need to identify stereo wires on 2001 Lexus ES300

I own a 2001 Lexus ES300. I took the stock stereo out because I am looking to add my own stereo, amp, and subwoofer. However, to connect my stereo to the wiring of the stock, I need to know what each wire connects to (left front speaker, rear right, etc). Can you help me with this?

Make your life easier and go to Best Buy or your local car stereo shop and get a wiring harness. It will plug up to your factory harness so you don't have to cut wires and will come with a breakdown of what each color wire is for.
