Vaistech ULM-51

Somebody know the ULM-51? somebody can explain me how works?
I´m spanish and i don't understand very well the manual of instructions. It's difficult for me to understand the manual.

Vaistech ULM 51 is simple: You connect the module and all grey buttons on the nav screen are enabled. E.g. you can push the Picture button to watch video while driving. ULM 51 cables are plug and play: Remove 3 cables from the Lexus unit and connect to ULM and connect the remaining 3 ULM cables to the radio.
