Whats up clublexus brothers and sisters. I'm having an issues with my drivers passenger window. I have changed window motors before, but Im not sure it is the motor. Can someone help me out and let me know what the problem is and how to fix it.

The window will go down just fine. If I try to roll it up right away, it will not go up at all. If I wait a minute or two, it will go up an inch or so. If I wait a few minutes it will go up 2 or 3 inches. The longer I wait, the more it will go up when I try. Why is this and what is making it do this . I assume if the motor was bad, it would go up slow, but its goes up at normal speed, just an inch or so at a time unless I wait 10 minutes or longer and then goes up at normal speed.
