Just installed my woofers, they thump , I love them, but I don't want to have to use cd's all the time.

How do you guys hook up your ipods and mp3 players?

I was looking to do the same, I looked at gromaudio and usaspec models. I haven't seen exactly how they work but I'm leaning towards the Grom because its a simple USB outlet meaning you could even use a inexpensive USB jump drive instead of a expensive iPod or iPhone.

thanks buddy, honeslty I know nothing about this kind of stuff, so im just looking for the simplest way to get it done.

I don't want to swap out the stock deck , im hoping there is another way.

U can make a aux input in your deck thats the best way

Or you can buy vais module that connects plug and play to your stock head unit. There are adapters for ipod, etc. Cd quality as well and allows you to control through steering wheel.

Personally I wouldn't want to be locked into a iPod or specific interface because sooner or later it will be phased out. I think USB is bit more well universal and will be around for a while.
