i have a tape adapter that ive been using to play music from my phone thru the speakers in the car. Yesterday while i was playing it i heard a clicking noise then all of a sudden the tape deck ejected the adapter. I pushed the adapter back in & while its stays in the radio automatically switches to tuner & i cannot get the tape adapter to play. I went & got a different tape adapter the radio did the same thing . Any body got any ideas on why this would be happening
